About the BIN / IP Checker
A mismatch between the country that issued a card and the country of the buyer IP address is one of the classic fraud signals. It is not proof of fraud on its own — travellers, VPN users and expats trigger it too — but combined with other checks it helps you decide which orders deserve manual review.
